Subscription providers each set their own rules around sharing and resale. Here's what to know before you use your access.
This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review and adapt it to your country, payment processor terms, and the specific subscription providers you resell before publishing.
Many subscription providers restrict account sharing or resale in their own terms of service. Digify sources subscriptions through legitimate means, but it's your responsibility to use access details in line with both our terms and the underlying provider's policies.
Some providers limit simultaneous streams or device changes. Stick to the device and stream limits mentioned on the product page to avoid triggering a provider-side suspension.
Seat-based licenses (such as Microsoft 365 or Adobe Creative Cloud) are tied to the number of users agreed at purchase. Adding unauthorized users can result in license revocation by the provider, which is outside our control.
Usage limits, rate limits, and acceptable-use policies are set by the AI provider, not Digify. Excessive or automated use beyond normal personal use may trigger provider-side restrictions.
Violating a provider's own terms can lead to suspension of the account, which is not covered under our Refund Policy. When in doubt, ask support before doing something irreversible.
