When you're eligible for a refund or replacement, and how to request one.

Because subscriptions are delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are limited to the following cases:
Contact support via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve most requests within 2 business days.
In many cases we'll offer a replacement subscription instead of a cash refund, particularly where the original issue is on the provider's side rather than ours.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
